Hockey is no exception. The basis is to train well and sensibly under the supervision of professionals. And all this with enthusiasm and faith in one's own abilities! Hockey and sports enthusiast Vladislav Baláž therefore founded a supplementary hockey training program to improve individual skills and skating. Because only confidence and self-confidence in working with the puck, supported by confident skating, makes hockey real fun.

The NTL hockey training program is designed for all age categories of active players, including pre-season players.

During his career as a professional hockey player, Vladislav Baláž met many top and successful hockey coaches. Andy Murray (Los Angeles Kings), Glen Hanlon (Team Slovakia), Mario Durocher (Lewiston Maineiacs / Team Canada U20), Miloš Holaň (HKM Zvolen). Under the guidance of the coaching elite, he collected interesting knowledge about training methods and styles on a daily basis.

By combining his own playing experience and hockey skills, he took the best from personalities, and thanks to his performance on the professional league scene, he creates enthusiasm and a willingness to help everyone who enjoys hockey - the most beautiful and at the same time most demanding sport - grow in hockey.

Vladislav Baláž holds a second-level coaching license in ice hockey, and working with youth hockey players and budding hockey players at an early age fulfills him and drives him forward in his coaching education. The visible progress of his players is his greatest satisfaction.
